Houses
Home sweet home...
It is cold outside.
In each of the worlds you will need a shelter, we all want to have our precious items locked and our characters sleeping with clean sheets. Ok, but why do we need a shelter? First and foremost, they are the perfect tool to create communities and/or alliances, and secondly, they offer you the possibility to store the items obtained among several players.
Details to consider:
Not all houses will be NFT
NON NFT houses will have a rental cost of INGAME currency.
If you do not have enough money to pay the rent you lose the house and your belongings will be sent to your public storage to be reclaimed.
Only the player you have entrusted with the house key can enter your house.
NON NFT houses are NOT UPGRADABLE.
Houses can be sold and/or rented directly to another player for whatever price they feel is fair.
The number of houses, both NFT and Non-NFT, is limited.
The only way to lose a non-NFT house is by not paying the monthly payment or by selling it.
Possibility to engage in real estate; buying and selling houses.
There is a maximum of 1 house per character and 25 houses per account.

Any changes made to such a house will not take effect immediately until the day of the world in which the owner's NFT house is located is reset, allowing time to modify and correct any external interactions.
Players: EVERYONE must wait for the restart to successfully store their belongings and modifications in the houses, remember that all objects that are lying on the ground outside the houses will be removed, be sure to store everything in warehouses or inside their homes.
